Lavender Fields does not permit outside catering and guests may not bring their own food or alcohol. All events must occur between 10-4. Our on-site farm to table cafe handles all catered events during normal business hours. Guests are permitted to bring
their own decor, with the understanding that the guests will remove all items they bring in themselves. Lavender Fields also offers custom decor packages.

Rates are contingent on the day and time of year. Rates run from set up to clean up. You may not arrive or depart outside of the window you’ve booked. Bookings are not secured until we receive a 25% non-refundable deposit toward the fi nal balance, a 25% refundable damage deposit and a signed contract. The farm is open most days 10-4 and we do not schedule private tours of the event spaces. Please call ahead to schedule a time for a self-guided tour of our facilities and grounds. We will advise the best day and time to visit so that you may have access to The Garden Party Cottage for viewing when it is not booked for another event.
Weddings
We appreciate your interest, but we no longer allow weddings at the farm. This policy is strict. We recommend Hopkins Heartland.
The Seed
One hour private tea party in The Garden Party Cottage for groups of 10-30. $70pp for catering including gratuity. Menu includes 4 tea sandwich varieties, a salad, botanical mocktail, fresh fruit salad with lavender honey drizzle, spa water, tea and scones. Each guest is allotted 4 tea sandwiches, 1 scone, 2 cups of tea, 1 serving of fruit salad, 2 spa waters and 1 mocktail.
The Bud
The Garden Party Cottage rental with farmhouse wood tables and black matte metal chairs for up to 48 guests inside and 16 on the deck. All rentals are subjected to a three hour minimum.
October – March, Saturday & Sunday:

The Bloom
All items from The Bud plus fresh flower arrangements on each interior table and bar cart. Please inquire regarding various color schemes we have.

The Bouquet
All items from The Bloom plus linens, gold flatware and vintage floral china with tea party catering. $70/pp includes 4 tea sandwich varieties, a salad, botanical mocktail, fresh fruit salad with lavender honey drizzle, spa water, tea and scones. Each guest is allotted 4 tea sandwiches, 1 scone, 2 cups of tea, 1 serving of fruit salad, 2 spa waters and 1 mocktail. Gratuity included.
Meet Me In The Garden
Outdoor Tea Party Options
Farmhouse tables and chairs set up outside on the property:
Rent our farmhouse tables, black matte metal chairs, linens, flatware and china, set up somewhere of your choice on the property, like in The Labyrinth or Pollinator Garden. Only available April – October. $100/hr for 0-30 people and $175/hour for 30-60 people, 3 hour minimum plus cost per person for catering. We suggest doing our standard tea party menu for $65pp from The Bouquet option.
Picnic table rental:
Rent the three picnic tables with umbrellas (each accommodates 4 adults and approximately 6 children each) in The Grove by the tree swing for $75/hour. No minimum or maximum. Does not include any linens, flatware or tableware. Rent additional tables for $20/hour and chairs for $3/hour. Contact the cafe for catering options.
Children’s Fairytale Tea Party
Rent our child sized tables and chairs for a fairytale tea party with accommodations for 9 small children, ages 6 and under. Includes decor, paper china, disposable table linens, disposable flatware, lavender lemonade, tea sandwiches and lavender honey cupcakes. $200 base plus $40pp. We do not charge for adult supervisors. Food and drink only provided for guests included on the invoice.
Cafe Tea Party
Our cafe opens for the season Memorial Day Weekend. We will occasionally open on the weekends in the o season for pop-ups and special events. When the cafe is open, we accept reservations for 8 or less. These are not private events and do not have a set menu. Other guests have access to the cafe during your reservation. Reservations can be made Wednesday – Sunday 10-3:30 from Memorial Day Weekend through September.
Engagement
Private location on the farm (we will work together to determine where the best spot is), approximately 20 flower stems and 10 stems of filler (when in season) and battery operated candles for the engagement site and couples’ gift basket (massage oil, candle, and 2 bars of your choice of soap). $375
Private Dining For Four In The Big Garden
Reserve a private meal for up to four people with table service in our gazebo in the big garden. $40/hour.
A La Carte
Custom soap bar favors with custom logo, sprig of lavender and your choice of soap. $9/pp
Small flower arrangement (10-12 stems) $22

Petting zoo: We don’t allow guests inside the animal enclosure. You may pet them through the fence and purchase cups of feed for $.50 from the treat vending machine. You may also purchase a large bag of treats for guests at your event to pull from. Pricing contingent on size of bag.

Professional Photos: Requires proof of licensure and insurance, $50/hour during 10-4. We do not permit guests on the farm after 4. No pets in the photos. Photo fee applicable to each group of 10 people.
